Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to maintain Warehouse performance (Sortation Process)
- Implement strategies to optimize lead time and minimize delivery times.
- Monitor and analyze end to end performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide coaching and support to Spv, Leaders & Daily Worker to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Handle escalated Line Haul Team and First Mile Team, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Familiar with sop & cost efficiency of warehouse, continuously optimize warehouse efficiency, and enhance the cost advantage of warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sortation delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
