Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, execution, and monitoring of Revenue initiatives for TikTok Shop Indonesia.
- Assist with operational activities, including resource coordination, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Provide end-to-end operational support to ensure the successful delivery of strategic revenue initiatives.
- Extract, organize, and analyze key Revenue and e-commerce performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Collect and consolidate feedback from internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, AMs, and cross-functional teams) as well as sellers regarding Revenue policies and product features.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve Revenue strategy, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Support GTM execution to drive awareness and adoption of Revenue products and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing communication materials, including seller messaging, outreach scripts, and educational content.
- Coordinate outreach operations across multiple channels, ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Business management background
- Candidates must have the following competencies: data analysis skills (SQL/Excel).
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Prior internship experience in live streaming/e-commerce/content operations. TikTok platform live e-commerce operations experience is preferred.
- Strong interest in overseas e-commerce and live streaming/short video content operations.
- Strong logical thinking and structured expression abilities. Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
