Job Description
- Supervise daily activities of operational staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Ensure effective execution of operational plans and procedures, meeting performance targets.
- Resolve escalated operational issues and challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and supporting decision
- making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branch operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive operations.
