Responsibilities
- Oversee lifestyle Dining creator incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Manage creators growth performance, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in progress; all majors welcome, with a plus for business/data/operations-related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills;
- Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination.
- Able to work onsite at least 4 days a week for six months or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused
- Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
- Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
-Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B industry is a plus.
