Responsibilities
- Day to day TikTok GO creators community management to engage and enhance content production (LIVE and Short Video) activeness and its efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities through mass and bootcamp program
- Manage creators growth performance, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing at least an Undergraduate degree in Business, Data, or other related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Good communication skills, analytical skills, and team working skills
- Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination
- Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused
- Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.
- Preferred for candidate with design, content creation experience, leverage AI to optimize day to day task
- Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages
- Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows
- Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B industry is a plus
