Deskripsi pekerjaan
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Odoo applications, custom modules, and technical solutions that align with business objectives.
Architect, customize, and enhance Odoo ERP functionalities to meet evolving business requirements while maintaining system stability and scalability.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of existing Odoo modules, ensuring high code quality and long-term maintainability.
Design and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise applications to enable seamless data flow.
Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, establishing development standards, mentoring developers, and promoting engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions to improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, development standards, workflows, APIs, and deployment procedures.
Support system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements while ensuring minimal business disruption.
Stay current with the latest Odoo releases, technologies, and development best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and drive innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role.
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo Framework (ORM), XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and RESTful API integrations.
Proven experience developing custom Odoo modules, implementing complex customizations, and integrating Odoo with third-party systems.
Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP), version control (Git), testing methodologies, and secure coding practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
