Find out more about what we do here: What Will You Do: Develop and maintain FTTH/FTTX network designs, including pre-plan, as-plan, and as-built drawings. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage fiber core allocation based on network design requirements. Review customer requirements and provide optimal FTTH network design recommendations. Coordinate with survey, project, and deployment teams to ensure design accuracy and project implementation.

Conduct design review discussions with customers and stakeholders and provide design revisions when required. Utilize tools such as Google Earth, KMZ, QGIS/GIS, and Microsoft Office for network planning and documentation. Prepare project progress, achievement, and design reports accurately and timely. Ensure all network documentation and design data are properly maintained and updated.

What Will You Need: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FTTH/FTTX network design or fiber optic projects. Strong understanding of FTTH network architecture, fiber optic infrastructure, and telecommunications fundamentals. Experience in FTTH design, BOM preparation, fiber core management, and network documentation.

Proficient in Google Earth, KMZ, QGIS/GIS, PDF tools, and Microsoft Office. Experience in project coordination and managing multiple priorities within tight timelines. Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Computer literate and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
