Your main duties in flying with us
- Execute preparation process of internal communication, including briefing, previewing and exchanging feedback with stakeholders.
- Develop clear, engaging, and visually appealing communication materials including Slack posts, newsletters, and offline content — based on stakeholder briefs.
- Send and distribute communications through Slack and Mailchimp on a regular (daily) basis.
- Ideate and develop visual concepts for employer branding content according to briefs and company visual guidelines.
- Support employer branding activations, including career fairs, internal events, and campaigns activations.
- Proactively identify and propose interesting stories or initiatives that can be featured as content across multiple platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Company Website, Internal Communication.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for internal campaigns, providing ideas and constructive feedback.
- Deliver results promptly and maintain clear communication with the team throughout each project.
The Freelancer will deliver to tiket.com the following
- Internal communication content, on average half of the requested content per month.
- Employer branding content, visual execution on average half of the content planned per month.
- Ideation on visual concept for external audience, on average four ideas per month
- Ideation on internal communication, can be in a form of involvement in brainstorming session.
- On ground assistance on employer branding events (averaging twice a month, roles include documentation and/or ushering)
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Fresh graduate with ample experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Skillful in video editing is a plus. A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively
- Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience in internal communications or employer branding is a plus but not required
- Willing to work hybrid in office 3 days or willing to work outside regular business hours when required for events
