What You'll Be Doing
- Follow up inbound leads every day with predetermined KPIs & SLAs
- Make outbound calls in accordance with KPIs and SLAs
- Communicating well with clients/customers in offering products, educating products, and providing solutions
- Perform administration and documentation of data neatly
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience
- Able to demonstrate a track record in telesales or telemarketing
- Initiative, never give up and a team player
