Deskripsi pekerjaan
As a Reman Workshop Supervisor, you will directly manage and oversee the step-by-step progress of component overhauls at the workshop. You will be responsible for conducting root cause diagnostic evaluations on failed components, offering actionable improvement suggestions, and managing strict Quality Control (QC) processes to create Quality Assurance records for all major component repairs.
In this role, you will also collaborate with the Production Planner by providing key parts planning inputs, while actively mentoring and developing the ground technician team through direct operational leadership.
