Deskripsi pekerjaan
The Planner Workshop Supervisor is responsible for developing and overseeing production schedules for major component and machine refurbishment projects, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal workshop throughput. This role will monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and backlog, coordinate manpower, tools, materials, consumables, and third-party services, and ensure resources are effectively allocated to support workshop operations.
The position will also monitor workshop productivity, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and prepare operational and performance reviews for workshop facilities. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements while supporting efficient execution of refurbishment and workshop activities.
