You will act as the key intelligence engine that helps management streamline property management, control operational costs, and elevate overall service quality.

- Build and maintain interactive operational dashboards (via Google Looker Studio, Excel, or PowerBI) to track property health and performance metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, cost leakages, and vendor non-compliance, providing actionable recommendations and data-backed insights to the Head of Operations / Property Managers.
- Process Optimization, Workflow & SOP Enhancement
- Evaluate existing operational workflows across properties, identify gaps, and design standardized, streamlined business processes.
- Develop, update, and digitize operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instructions (WIs), and digital forms (e.g., Google Forms/Jotform).
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks and reporting flows to increase team efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Centralized Procurement, Inventory & Financial Administration
- Consolidate Purchase Requests (PRs) for operational supplies, amenities, repair fittings, and housekeeping chemicals across all Cove properties.

- Operational Reporting & Governance
- Consolidate and prepare high-quality weekly/monthly business review reports for senior management.
- Oversee vendor performance scorecards (laundry, security, housekeeping, maintenance) and flag contractual SLA deviations.

Familiarity with ERP systems, ticketing platforms, or inventory tools.
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to turn raw operational numbers into meaningful stories and strategic recommendations.
