Deskripsi pekerjaan
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager as part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for running the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events. This hands-on leadership role is both operational and strategic, requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities include: Hands-on operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests, and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction Ensuring the smooth running of conferences and events Rostering, coaching, cost control, inventory management and preparing reports for senior management
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment. Strong operational knowledge of restaurant, bar and hospitality service standards. A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams. Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs, revenue and departmental performance.
A creative mindset and genuine interest in food, beverage, lifestyle trends and guest experiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Confidence working in a dynamic environment, with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach. Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
