In this role, you will make our hotel something special by... Oversee daily operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements Direct maintenance and repairs for building systems, interiors, exteriors, and guest areas Execute and optimize the hotel's preventive maintenance program Manage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and hotel property Monitor departmental budget and control expenses; contribute to annual operating budget forecasts Develop and deliver training programs that build technical skills and ensure professional standards Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and gather feedback Ensure adherence to all fire, life safety, and emergency procedures Maintain compliance with hotel policies, departmental procedures, and applicable regulations
