Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS.

Responsibilities
- Preparing Mastercard settlement payment to JP Morgan
- Preparing daily financial adjustment list for temporary refund on cust dispute
- Processing Scheme settlement balancing (Visa and Mastercard)
- Processing financial journal related to scheme balancing
- Upload and download VISA settlement data and reports
- Upload and download Mastercard settlement data and reports
- Processing SAFE reporting for Mastercard chargeback
- Processing document sending for Mastercard chargeback
- Liaise with IT team for stand alone PC issue
Requirements
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any major
- Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
