Tugas utama
- Menginstal dan mengonfigurasi server, firewall, serta Web, Mail, dan DNS Server.
- Mengelola sistem operasi, keamanan, pemeliharaan, dan pencadangan sistem.
- Mengadministrasikan server dan jaringan serta mengevaluasi status sistem.
- Mendukung operasional Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) dan aplikasi analitik.
- Menyusun laporan kegiatan dan memberi masukan untuk perbaikan operasional.
Kualifikasi utama
- Minimal S1 bidang Computer Studies.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang terkait.
- Memahami sistem operasi dan server.
- Menguasai administrasi sistem operasi.

Maintain server and Operation System
- Install and configure server and firewall on server.
- Backup and restore data user.
- Provide administration service related to user administration.
- Support software system.
Operation System Administration activities and high security level optimization:
- Design and develop Server.
- Conduct network system administration to servers and evaluate system status.
- Test system and evaluate system status.
- Monitor and administer system security.
- Install and configure Web Server, Mail Server and DNS Server.
- System (Domain, Web, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, Antivirus) Administration.
- System Maintenance.
- System & Application Backup.
ERP & Analytics
- Participate in the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure of Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) and Analytic Application.
- Support the technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure related to Oracle ERP and Analytic Application.
- Support the availability and operation of Oracle ERP and Analytic database for operational activities conducted by units within BINUS Units.
- Perform test application Oracle ERP & Analytic System. Supporting Management activities: • Submit activities report.
- Provide inputs on improvement operational activities.
- Carry out activities related to Quality System.
- Perform other duties as instructed by direct superior.
General Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies
Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
