Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with proven exposure to multi-project environments.
- Strong technical capability in cost estimation, BOQ, tender evaluation, and contract administration.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, value engineering, progress evaluation, and project financial tracking.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills with strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, BOQ development, and estimation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scope.
- Evaluate contractor proposals, conduct tender analysis, and negotiate commercial terms to secure optimal value.
- Oversee contract administration, variation orders, progress claims, and cost-control reporting across projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and MEP teams to validate design changes and manage cost impacts.
