About the Challenge Are you an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Do you have the ability to lead a team, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective solutions to customer complaints in the automotive truck industry? As a Field Advisor Supervisor , you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Field Advisor team to ensure excellent technical support and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee field operations, monitor team performance, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and ensure that all customer complaints are handled effectively and efficiently. If you are a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to drive team performance, this opportunity is for you! Requirements Possess a Diploma's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive or truck industry, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, vehicle maintenance, and diagnostic tools. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills. Strong ability to coordinate teams, analyze technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
