About the Challenge Are you ready to lead IT operations, drive technology innovation, and leverage AI to improve business efficiency across Thamrin Group? As an IT Manager – AI & IT Operations , you will be responsible for leading and overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, applications, system development, and AI-driven initiatives across Thamrin Group.
You will play a key role in ensuring reliable IT services, developing technology solutions, strengthening system capabilities, and leveraging AI and automation to improve business efficiency. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and supporting functions to identify technology opportunities, develop and implement software solutions, optimize IT operations, and leverage AI and automation to support business growth and operational excellence.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or equivalent), with experience in software development and system integration. Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, AI automation, and API integration.
Experienced in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership. Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and system security across business units. Develop and implement software applications, system integrations, and AI-driven automation to improve business efficiency.
Manage IT projects, including system development, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Oversee IT administration, including asset management, software licensing, budgeting, vendors, and IT policies. Lead and develop the IT team, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of IT services and projects.
