Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Network & IT operations — Direct 24x7 network and IT operations through the supervisors: monitoring coverage, alarm routing, performance thresholds and dashboards for critical platforms, including those run by managed service providers. Hold the team to availability and SLA targets, and separate company-, customer- and third-party-attributable impact with evidence.
- Incident, problem & change — Command the technical response to major network, cyber and IT incidents; ensure root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions are closed and verified. Approve production changes within delegated authority, reject unsafe ones, and authorise emergency changes only to restore or protect service.
- Capacity, product & customer support — Approve capacity forecasts and investment triggers; maintain the technical service catalogue and product roadmap for network and interconnection services; approve or reject the technical feasibility of customer opportunities before commitment, and support customers through activation, acceptance and SLA assurance.
- Security & recovery compliance — Oversee vulnerability and patch remediation, hardening, privileged access and restore testing with the IT Infrastructure Supervisor and the Network & IT Security Specialist. Decide urgent containment within approved playbooks when the Manager is unavailable, and recommend — never self-accept — material risk.
- AI adoption & enablement — Drive the use of AI across every department. Find manual and time-consuming workflows, deploy approved AI tools and automations to remove them, train and support staff, set guardrails for data, security and access with Business Process & GRC, and track adoption and time saved so AI delivers measurable results.
- ERP development — Lead the IT delivery of Bitera's in-house ERP for cross-department collaboration: gather and prioritise requirements with department owners, steer the development team on architecture, integrations (monitoring, ticketing, inventory, DCIM, billing and finance), testing, release management and rollback, and hand over into operations with documentation and support.
- Vendors, budget & records — Monitor vendor and MSP technical performance against SLA, challenge vendor-reported data with own telemetry, and provide OPEX/CAPEX input. Ensure network diagrams, IPAM, circuit and port records and the CMDB are updated after every activation, change and decommission.
- Governance & reporting — Issue the weekly operations report and the Network & IT input to the Manager's monthly KPI dashboard and evidence pack; provide audit evidence and close assigned findings.
- Deputy & leadership — Run the weekly operations review and chair change review for critical and emergency changes when the Manager is absent. Set objectives for both supervisors, maintain 24x7 coverage, on-call rotation and named backups, and build successors so no operation depends on one person.
