Deskripsi pekerjaan

Delivery Operations & Resourcing Analyst

Join us and work with Google

Aliz is a certified Google Cloud Premier Partner building data, machine learning, and AI solutions for ambitious customers. Our engineers work from Indonesia and Budapest.

We are looking for a

Resource Planning Analyst

to own and turn its data into a clear picture of our capacity: where we are short, where people are free, and which skills we will need next.

You will sit in our PMO and work with project managers every day. Your analysis will feed the forum where we decide what to hire and when.

This is an analyst role, your job is to curate frameworks that foster data driven, fast and well informed.

This role will suit you if you

Like owning a system and keeping it accurate, not just using it.

Enjoy building models and reports that people use to make decisions.

Enjoy designing how work should flow, and then making the tool support it.

Can spot a pattern in the sales pipeline before it becomes a staffing problem.

Are comfortable telling a senior project manager that their data is wrong, and following up until it is fixed.

Would rather automate a recurring report than rebuild it by hand every week.

Want to grow toward resource management, delivery operations, or operations analytics.

What you will be responsible for

  • Owning the configuration: users and roles, rate cards, budget and billing models (time and material, fixed price, retainer), custom fields, and workflows.
  • Setting up new projects and deals to a common standard, including budget, rate card, staffing plan, and project tier.
  • Keeping our data clean: running weekly checks, fixing errors, and logging every configuration change.
  • Building automations and integrations (Productive API, Make, Apps Script) that replace manual reporting.
  • Running timesheet compliance and the month-end data check together with Finance.
  • Maintaining the rolling 12-week resource plan across Budapest, Indonesia, and subcontractors, broken down by skill.
  • Making allocation conflicts and bench time visible to project managers and engineering managers, so they can decide quickly.
  • Preparing the monthly capacity report for our Strategic Resourcing forum: pipeline demand versus available capacity by skill, bottlenecks, bench trends, and subcontractor use.
  • Signalling demand trends early, for example when a skill appears in several pipeline deals before any of them is signed.
  • Tracking forecast accuracy by comparing what we planned with what was actually booked.
  • Maintaining budget burn and estimate-at-completion data for fixed-price projects, and flagging overruns early.
  • Preparing project financial snapshots for PM reviews and client steering meetings.
  • Helping design new delivery and resourcing processes together with the PMO, and translating them into setup: workflows, custom fields, approvals, and reports.
  • Spotting where and our way of working don’t fit, and proposing whether to change the configuration, the process, or both.
  • Training project managers and engineers on time entry and project setup.
  • We are looking for you if you
  • Have 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, resource coordination, or operations analysis at an IT services company, consultancy, system integrator, or digital agency.
  • Have administered a PSA or project-financial tool such as , Kantata, Certinia, BigTime, Float, Harvest/Forecast, or Jira with Tempo. You configured it, not just used it.
  • Have built automations with Apps Script, Make, Python, or a similar tool.
  • Use AI tools to cut manual reporting work.
  • Have strong spreadsheet skills, including pivots, lookups, and scenario models.
  • Understand the basics of services economics: utilization, time and material versus fixed price, budget burn, and rate cards.
  • Are precise, reliable, and comfortable owning recurring routines.
  • Can summarize what the data means in a few clear lines for a leadership audience.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • We will put you at the top of our list if you
  • Have hands-on experience with .
  • Know SQL, Looker Studio, or another BI tool.
  • Have worked with HubSpot or another CRM, especially connecting pipeline data to resource planning.
  • Have worked with teams across several countries or time zones.
  • Speak Hungarian.
  • Speak German.

What we offer

  • A clear mission: make the single source of truth for how Aliz plans and delivers its work.
  • Real influence: your analysis feeds the forum that decides where and when we hire.
  • A visible growth path toward senior analyst, resource manager, or delivery operations lead.
  • Close collaboration with project managers, engineering managers, Finance, and leadership.
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model.
