Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Treasures Banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a range of banking products and services to Treasures Banking clients
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to Treasures Banking clients
- Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the bank's client base
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
