Deskripsi pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and PowerPoint materials to customers regarding structural steel products and solutions. Communicate and discuss technical requirements with customers, including building structures, dimensions, specifications, and construction-related needs. Explain technical product information and provide appropriate recommendations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate with internal engineering, technical, and sales teams to ensure the accuracy of technical information and proposed solutions. Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and follow-ups to ensure a clear understanding of the proposed products and solutions. Develop and maintain technical presentation materials, product documentation, and other supporting sales materials.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to actively engage in technical discussions with customers. Proactive, expressive, and talkative, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively. Basic understanding of building structures, structural components, dimensions, and construction drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to create clear, structured, and engaging presentation materials. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
