As Sales Supervisor (Makassar) under our offline distribution unit, you will oversee and drive sales performance within a designated area for our FMCG distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution towards our MT and GT partners.
The Sales Supervisor will act as the key link between the company and the market, building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing promotional strategies to maximize market share.
What We'll work on Together
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives / salesman to achieve area sales targets.
- Ensure proper distribution and product availability across assigned outlets.
- Develop and execute area sales plans, including promotions and merchandising activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Track and report sales performance, stock levels, and route effectiveness.

Qualifications
