Preparing invoices, sorting delivery order, and supporting pricing administration. Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and downloading barcode delivery. Conducting general administrative function and support.
Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably from Business Administration/Management/Secretarial major . Basic to intermediate knowledge in general office administration. Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa. Keen to learn and proactive. Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to handle multitasking work.
