Deskripsi pekerjaan
As part of the regional Growth team, you will collaborate with local teams to drive 0-1 growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with product and business teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and the product roadmap.
Identifying opportunities to expand market reach and scale user growth, particularly in new and emerging markets. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborating with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators in the crypto space to enhance brand presence. Partnering with product and business development teams to create marketing campaigns that drive conversions and customer acquisition.
Providing regular reports on marketing performance, key metrics, and growth insights to support company growth activities. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, particularly in CRM and affiliate/agency business. At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry; experience in cryptocurrency is a significant plus.
Willingness to travel as required. Experience in community management is an advantage. Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry. Familiarity with crypto-specific marketing channels such as Telegram and Discord.
