Position Summary
Leads
the strategy and execution of live streaming for both client and internal
needs. Responsible for the overall quality of live streaming operations — from
host selection criteria and scriptwriting direction to data performance
analysis — with the ultimate goal of ensuring live streaming makes a
significant contribution to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish standards and criteria for live streaming host selection based on each client's brand requirements
- Lead the development of scriptwriting frameworks and content direction for live streaming sessions
- Conduct strategic-level analysis of live streaming performance data: GMV, viewers, CVR, and contribution to revenue
- Ensure each live streaming session contributes to agreed revenue targets
- Act as the bridge between client needs (from Key Account) and the live streaming operations team
- Review and approve live streaming schedules, plans, and strategies per client
- Lead and develop the Live Streaming team (PM, Controller, Runner, Host)
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation in live streaming execution
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team to continuously raise live streaming quality
- Produce live streaming performance reports for the Head of Marketing Services and client
Qualifications
- Minimum
4 years of experience in live streaming commerce, live selling, or digital
marketing
- Deep understanding of the live streaming ecosystem on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and similar platforms
- Strong analytical capability in reading live streaming metrics and translating them into strategy
- Experience leading and coordinating live streaming operations teams
- Understanding of sales psychology and closing techniques within the live commerce context
- Scriptwriting and talent/host direction capability
