- Menerapkan program SHE serta mengidentifikasi, memitigasi, dan memantau risiko SHE.
Kualifikasi utama
- Sarjana Teknik; kandidat yang tidak memenuhi pendidikan dievaluasi sesuai KKNI Level 6.
- Pengalaman profesional minimal 3 tahun, diutamakan di perusahaan Earthwork.
- Memahami prinsip HSE dan memiliki pengetahuan luas tentang sistem Earthwork.
- SKK Supervisor Konstruksi Jenjang 7 (PUPR) dan BNSP Teknisi Konstruksi Senior.

Job Summary
Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices.
Work Environment Surveillance is successfully conducted and in line with Petrosea Risk Matrix.
Develop and follow JSAs for all tasks

Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in Earthwork Company
- Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
- Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system.
- must be able to effectively communicate verbally with employees, external vendors, owners and general contractors.
- Good analytical and supervisory skill.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Certification
- If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
