As a Digital Marketing Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and business growth of Blibli OMG’s mobile-phone distribution network in offline retail. This role plays a key part in expanding Blibli OMG’s offline footprint, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable sales growth across assigned areas.

What We’ll Work on Together
- Develop and manage the website strategy, ensuring content, promotions, products, and landing pages are regularly updated to drive traffic and improve conversion.
- Plan and manage CRM activities through email, WhatsApp, and other channels to increase customer engagement, retention, and sales conversion.
- Develop the social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent execution aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and local media to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to both stores and the website.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to achieve awareness, lead generation, traffic, and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in CRM Marketing (Email, WhatsApp, Push Notification, Customer Journey).
- Familiar with Social Media Strategy & Content Planning.
- Experience managing KOL & Influencer Marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and website content management (CMS).
- Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
