Here, you’ll turn market insights into products customers love, working closely with teams across merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to grow Blibli’s own brand portfolio nationwide.
As Business Unit Strategist, you'll responsible for end-to-end ownership of the assigned consumer electronics brand, driving strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance. This role holds full P&L accountability while leading cross-functional teams to scale the business, build market leadership, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
What You'll Work On
- Own and manage full P&L performance, including revenue, margin, and cost control.
- Set and deliver business targets through effective financial planning and forecasting.
- Monitor overall business performance and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Define and drive long-term business vision, strategy, and roadmap for the brand portfolio.
- Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycles and ensure strong execution.
- Oversee full product lifecycle from development, launch, to ongoing optimization.
- Define product roadmap based on market trends, consumer insights, and business goals.
- Ensure product portfolio is competitive, relevant, and differentiated in the market.
- Lead expansion initiatives, including new product lines, channels, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in business management, general management, or category leadership roles.
- Proven track record of owning P&L and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Strong experience across product management, commercial strategy, and operations.
- Background in consumer electronics, technology products, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams.
