Tugas utama
- Mendukung pengembangan, pengujian, penerapan, dan pemantauan perangkat operasional berbasis AI.
- Mengoptimalkan alur kerja operasional dan meningkatkan tingkat Straight-Through Processing (STP).
- Mengidentifikasi proses manual yang dapat dihilangkan melalui digitalisasi dan rekayasa ulang proses.
- Menilai kelayakan solusi digital dengan mempertimbangkan risiko dan efisiensi.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknologi, operasional, dan lintas fungsi untuk merancang solusi digital.
Kualifikasi utama
- Gelar di bidang Bisnis, Keuangan, Teknik, Data Science, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman 2–4 tahun di Banking Operations, Strategy, atau Transformation.
- Pengalaman menggunakan Generative AI atau Intelligent Automation (RPA/OCR) menjadi nilai tambah.
- Kemampuan analitis untuk menyusun solusi atas masalah kompleks.
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan pengelolaan pemangku kepentingan yang baik.

Key Responsibilities
- Innovation & AI Enablement
- Support the exploration, monitoring the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered operational tools (e.g., document extraction, intent identification, and process automations).
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing operational workflows.
- Monitor the efficacy of automated tools and refine logic/parameters to improve accuracy and throughput.
- Operational Transformation & Innovation
- Support the exploration and identification of new initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows, specifically focusing on increasing Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual touchpoints through digital adoption and process re-engineering.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging digital solutions, balancing operational risk with the potential for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional "squads" to design and prototype scalable, empathy-driven solutions that transition operations from traditional manual processing to digital-first models.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Prior experience with Generative AI tools or Intelligent Automation (e.g. RPA/OCR) is a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.
