Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the digital platform for the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the digital platform and address customer needs
- Provide technical expertise and support to the business stakeholders, ensuring the digital platform aligns with the organization's strategic objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive digital transformation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital platform development or a related field
- Strong technical skills in web development, mobile app development, and cloud-based technologies
