Role Summary
We are looking for a QA Intern who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to both Manual and Automation Testing in a real production environment. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with senior QA engineers, developers, and product teams to support testing activities, ensure product quality, and build a strong foundation in software quality assurance.
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to develop practical QA skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
Internship Details
- Duration: Minimum 1 year internship
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
- Office Location: Sudirman, Jakarta
- Language Requirement: English is a must (written & verbal)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Assist senior QA engineers in writing and maintaining test cases and test scenarios
- Support the development and maintenance of basic automation scripts using tools such as Selenium or similar
- Perform API testing support using tools like Postman or Swagger
- Assist in performance/load testing activities using tools such as JMeter
- Log, track, and retest bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews)
- Maintain clear test documentation and test execution reports
