Role Summary
Supports the CEO in expanding Pijar Foundation's strategic partnerships and institutional growth by leading partnership development, identifying new collaboration opportunities, managing selected external engagements, and guiding the Strategic Partnerships Analyst to ensure high-quality execution across the partnership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy & Business Development. Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities across government, philanthropy, multilateral organizations, academia, and the private sector. Develop partnership strategies, engagement plans, and value propositions aligned with Pijar Foundation's priorities.
- Partnership Development & Relationship Management. Lead partnerships from initial engagement through proposal development and negotiation. Build and maintain relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, opportunity tracking, and strategic engagement.
- Executive Representation & Stakeholder Engagement. Represent the CEO in selected meetings and external engagements. Facilitate stakeholder consultations, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure relationship continuity while escalating strategic matters when required.
- Partnership Strategy & Proposal Development. Oversee the preparation of concept notes, proposals, partnership frameworks, presentations, briefing papers, and other strategic documents, ensuring all outputs are evidence-based and aligned with partner priorities.
- Team Leadership & Partnership Operations. Coach and provide technical guidance to the Strategic Partnerships Analyst. Oversee the partnership pipeline, monitor key opportunities and deliverables, and strengthen partnership tracking, knowledge management, and reporting.
