Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Job description

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and scale multi channel digital marketing campaigns across various Ruangguru products
• Budget & ROI Optimization: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, continuously optimizing for core performance KPIs such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS to ensure maximum business impact.
• Paid Media Management: Oversee and optimize end-to-end performance across paid platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (UAC, GDN, YouTube, PMAX, SEM, Demand Gen), and E-Commerce Ads.
• Creative Asset Preparation: Collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing Creative, and Content Creator teams to brief, conceptualize, and prepare high-converting visual assets (both images and videos) tailored for different paid channels.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance marketing data, conduct regular competitor analysis, and present actionable insights and comprehensive reports to key internal stakeholders.
• Growth Experimentation: Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) by conducting in-depth keyword research, creative research, audience targeting, and continuous A/B testing across the customer journey.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary growth partner for ad-hoc campaign requests from internal business units
• Financial Administration: Consolidate and reconcile monthly advertising expenditures and invoices in coordination with the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience: proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (experience in EdTech or fast-paced tech startups is a plus).
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (SEM, YouTube, PMAX, UAC), and major e-commerce advertising platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets) using advanced formulas to manipulate data and create insights.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and a structured approach to growth experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, Creative, and Brand.
• Project Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage marketing campaigns simultaneously for multiple product lines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from the Jakarta office 5 days a week (WFO).
