Overview
As part of the project delivery team, the Project Support – Owner Scope ensures construction progress for all owner-related works. This role bridges communication between contractors, engineering, and MDA to ensure milestones are achieved on time and with the highest standards of quality and safety. The position requires a proactive coordinator who can streamline processes and uphold owner-side interests across all project disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and track progress of all construction activities under the owner’s scope.
- Act as the owner’s representative in coordination with subcontractors and contractors.
- Manage interdisciplinary coordination between MDA and contractors to avoid delays.
- Review and continuously improve site execution processes and workflows.
- Monitor safety, quality, and progress compliance with project standards.
- Prepare and deliver weekly progress and performance reports.
- Identify risks or issues and escalate them with proposed mitigation measures.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
