- Oversee and monitor daily production operations
- Drive continuous improvement in production operational systems
- Support and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and programs
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- At least 1 year of similar experience in the FMCG food industry
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
- Willing to work shifts and not color blind
