Job Description
- Manage daily property operations, including coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and ensuring units are ready and maintained according to Kozystay standards.
- Handle operational issues and guest/owner requests, coordinate with relevant teams or vendors, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and properly documented.
- Monitor and support operational performance, including unit condition, service quality, follow-ups, and administrative/reporting tasks related to property operations.
