Multi-Property Infrastructure: Manage and maintain servers, LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, telephony (PABX/IPTV), and endpoint hardware across all cluster locations. Hospitality Systems Support: Oversee core hotel software including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), door-lock integrations, and booking channels. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce data security policies, disaster recovery plans, system backups, and PCI-DSS compliance. Vendor & Budget Management: Handle technology procurement, manage third-party service contracts, and draft IT capital expenditure budgets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Hospitality Management.
