Tugas utama
- Mengelola tugas, prioritas, dan beban kerja agar pencapaian milestone tepat waktu.
- Meninjau aset berdasarkan standar seni dan teknis, serta memberi masukan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti.
- Mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah produksi serta risiko sejak dini.
- Menjadi penghubung antara Environment artists, 3D Lead, dan tim lintas fungsi.
- Membimbing tim melalui orientasi, berbagi pengetahuan, dan pengembangan profesional.

YOUR MISSION Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief through final implementation. Own environment production quality, planning, communication, risk management, and reliable delivery. Develop the environment team through clear direction, review, mentoring, and workflow improvement. Your quest begins Daily power-ups Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are met on time.
Review assets against art and technical standards; identify and fix production issues and provide actionable feedback Act as the primary liaison between Environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams regarding risks and progress. Support team excellence through onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development Your allies 3D Lead as direct manager Environment Artists as your team squad, there are 3-4 team member Art Director as the Captain of the Art ship Producers and other Project Leads Bucharest Gameloft Studio & freelancer Leveling Up 6 Months : Level Up Yourself Master the Environment pipeline and team workflow.
