- Monitor and coordinate tyreman daily activities to ensure work is performed in a technically correct, safe and efficient manner, conform with company's standard and policies.

To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide service to satisfaction of all tyres and users.
All tyres and users are proven to be satisfied with the provided services.
Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained.

Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities.

Unit breakdown jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Education
High School Graduate of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- 1 Year of Tyre Fitter Experiences in Mining Industries
- Has a good knowledge about Tyre Maintenance and Repair activities
- Has a good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis
- Good in managing tyre site reports
- Proactive safety attitude and demonstrate to sub ordinate
- Good analytical and leadership skill
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Certification
- If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
