Job Summary
PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tally Operator FMCG for our operations in Boyolali. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording, tracking, and managing the inflow and outflow of goods within our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) warehouse. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately count, verify, and record all incoming and outgoing goods and materials against shipping documents and delivery orders.
- Maintain precise physical and digital tally sheets, logs, and inventory records in real-time.
- Inspect goods during loading and unloading for any visible damage, quantity discrepancies, or quality issues, and report findings immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and truck drivers to ensure timely and organized loading/unloading processes.
- Assist in periodic physical stock counts and inventory audits to ensure system records align with physical stock.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s safety protocols, warehousing standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tally Operator, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar administrative inventory role, preferably within the FMCG or poultry industry.
- Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and perform physical tasks when required.
- Based in or willing to be placed in Boyolali, Central Java.
