JOB SUMMARY
PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dedicated and diligent Support Farm Operator for our Parent Stock (PS) Kabuh facility. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily farm operations, ensuring the health and welfare of the poultry, and maintaining strict biosecurity and sanitation standards to support high-quality production outputs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the daily care and feeding of parent stock poultry in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate environmental conditions within the poultry houses, including temperature, ventilation, and lighting.
- Implement and strictly adhere to biosecurity protocols and sanitation procedures to prevent disease outbreak and ensure a safe farm environment.
- Assist in collecting, grading, and recording egg production data accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of farm equipment, feeding systems, and housing facilities.
- Report any signs of poultry illness, equipment malfunction, or operational issues to the Farm Supervisor immediately.
- Participate in vaccination programs and other poultry health management activities as directed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably majoring in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience working on a poultry farm (especially Parent Stock farms) is highly preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong physical stamina and willingness to work hands-on in a farm environment.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to be stationed at the PS Kabuh farm and adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
