Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the clean area within the RPU Megaluh facility, specifically focusing on the production line, to maintain hygiene standards and prevent contamination in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of the production line equipment, machinery, and surrounding cleanroom areas according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and techniques to effectively remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness during production runs, addressing any spills or issues promptly.
- Document cleaning activities, including tasks performed, chemicals used, and any observed discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or concerns regarding hygiene to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in training sessions on hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure cleaning schedules do not disrupt operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for cleanliness and sanitation processes.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a cleaning or sanitation role, preferably within a manufacturing, food processing, or cleanroom environment.
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation principles.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
