Kualifikasi utama
- Gelar sarjana di bidang Aktuaria, Ekonomi, Manajemen, Matematika, atau bidang lain
- Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman di perusahaan asuransi
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pengembangan produk
- Memahami produk asuransi dan mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris; sertifikasi CLI tidak wajib

Job Description

- Manage product implementation following PSC approval, including the kick-off meeting, preparation of policy and RIPLAY documents, OJK documentation and submission, and coordination of related system development.

- Bachelor's Degree – (Actuarial, Economics, Management, Mathematics / others)Experience min 4 years in insurance company & 3 years in product development.
- Certified in Life Insurance (CLI) -> not mandatory.

- Analyze product feature and translate it into product document (Policy contract, RIPLAY)
- Lead discussion of the product feature on product document with related parties
- OJK document preparation & submission
- Coordinate system development with IT and related parties
- Product initiatives preparation monitoring
