Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance needs.
- Implement and monitor maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to optimize equipment performance and support overall business objectives.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or agricultural processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
