Job Summary
This position will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and cost-effective management of equipment to support site operational excellence and the achievement of project targets or goals. This includes the identification and mitigation of risks, the reduction of waste, and the improvement of maintenance practice in terms of people, processes, and technology to enhance operational performance and SHE at site level.

Education
D3 Degree with Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Hold a minimum of a high school with 15 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or possess a D3 degree in civil/mechanical/industrial engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry. Alternatively, candidates with internationally recognized trade qualifications and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Understand business line requirements and production targets.
- Understand heavy equipment maintenance management.
- Willing to work and relocate within projects / sites in remote locations.
- Ability to operate computer (Ms. Office skills).
- Able to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
