As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

- Conduct end-to-end IT evaluations, including in-depth reviews of:
- IT Architecture and Infrastructure
- System Performance and Resiliency
- IT Operating Model
- Cybersecurity Posture and Risk Assessment
- Data Management and Protection
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
- Technology Risk Identification and Mitigation
- Develop detailed findings and recommendations, encompassing:
- Risk scoring and prioritization
- Mitigation strategies and follow-up plans
- Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operational Expenditure (Opex) requirements
- Post-investment enhancement priorities to optimize IT assets and capabilities
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline with a strong foundation in Information Technology
- Proven experience in IT domains including application and data management, technology operations, business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and technology risk management
- Prior involvement in IT assessments or due diligence projects is highly desirable
