Deskripsi pekerjaan
Industrial Planning Analyst (Global Trainee) Requirements: Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering. Maximum 4 years of working experience in the area of industrial planning at manufacturing industry managing "process control and costing and forecasting. " Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc.).
The ability to use Power BI is a major advantage. Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation. Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment. Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, resilience, result oriented, and always curious for improvement. Main Responsibilities: Carries out Industrial Engineering jobs for the plants, conducting Industrial Engineering studies, cost analysis of the production process and benchmarks across Tenaris plants.
Develops homogeneous industrial models that ensure coherence of decisions in all processes and Production Units. Meets the annual operation and industrial cost budget monitoring monthly costs per area, verifying correct allocation to the monthly closing, analyzing the Cost System on a regular basis. Analyzes investments based on priorities depending on economic criteria.
Analyzes improvement opportunities, performing benchmarks across Tenaris plants and interacting with Operations area. Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results. Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
