Why this role matters As a Senior Officer, Facility Management, you will help maintain safe, compliant, and efficient facilities that support employees, business operations, and organizational growth.
How you will make an impact Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Aesculap Academy training facilities. Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Ensure medical training assets and equipment are properly stored, maintained, secured, and ready for use. Support training and event activities through facility coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational logistics.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and animal welfare requirements. What sets you up for success Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management, Architecture, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations, Property Management, Training Centers, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitality, or related environments.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance activities, facility assets, and operational support services, would be highly preferred. Willingness to be based in Bali and support workshops, events, and operational activities outside normal working hours when required.
